Every HARTES METAL® wheel carries a lifetime structural warranty against manufacturing defects, and a 12 month warranty on the finish.
If a wheel becomes structurally unsound because of a manufacturing defect, we repair or replace it at our cost. If the finish fails because of a fault in the original finish, we repair or replace the wheel after inspection.
Register and get another 12 months. Register your wheels within 30 days of buying them and the finish warranty runs a further 12 months. You need proof of purchase and the product details, including the model and serial number. Register later than that and the standard terms apply.
What we ask of you. Inspect the wheels before the tyres go on. Torque them properly, look after them, and clean them with mild products only. Acid based and abrasive cleaners void the warranty.
What is not covered. Road hazard damage such as potholes and debris. Wrong fitment or bad installation. Cosmetic damage after fitting. Normal wear. Misuse or modification. There is no road hazard warranty.
Making a claim. Start with the dealer who sold you the wheels and have your proof of purchase ready. We may ask for the wheel back so we can look at it. Every claim is inspected, and if we confirm a manufacturing defect we repair or replace the wheel, or issue a credit for the cost of the wheel.
The warranty covers the original buyer, and it covers the wheel itself. Shipping and handling are not included.
